The Euroformat representatives have visited the Leroy-Somer plant in France

Direct-drive motors are gaining popularity in the Ukrainian market year by year. This type of equipment offers a number of advantages:

• Environmental friendliness and reduced maintenance costs - such elevators do not require oil replacement.
• Power efficiency - the machine consumers less energy.
• Low vibration and noise characteristics.

In the autumn of 2016 the Euroformat representatives visited the Leroy-Somer plant in France. This enterprise is the European leader in the field of direct-drive motors development. The main goal of this visit was to get familiar with a newly developed model of motor - E-27, which features improved power efficiency, provides higher performance specifications and lower noise floor.

The delegation got acquainted with the production of equipment and agreed on supplies and cooperation with their French colleagues. Subsequently, Euroformat adopted the E-27 model for the entire range of elevators with direct-drive motors.
