Euroformat elevators are in the library of the future

Metropolitan Archbishop Andrey Sheptytsky Center was opened on September 10. It is the newest information and resource center in the campus of UCU in Lviv. The heart of this center is a modern European-style library with spacious and functional rooms, incredible design and modern Euroformat elevators.

This library is a 5-storey building, so a comfortable moving between the floors is important. There are 2 Euroformat elevators of the EFR model (without machinery space) passenger for 630 kg and cargo-passenger for 1000 kg. The design of the Prestige cabin is a textured stainless steel canvas, which perfectly fits the building architecture.

UCU Library is a unique library for Ukraine; it is planned to become a platform for cultural and educational events. Building construction began in 2015. The project was developed by the German architect Stefan Behnisch (Behnisch Architekten bureau), known in the world for projects of ecological architecture. We are proud that such a modern European project has chosen elevators of the Ukrainian manufacturer.
