Euroformat starts production of elevator doors under the license of Fermator

In the middle of April, the Euroformat plant greeted the guest from Spain - the general director of Fermator Group Eduard Gomis, who visited Ukraine for the second time. For the first time, he visited Euroformat in 2017. At this time, the purpose of the meeting was making a deal on the joint production of elevator doors.

The meeting of the two leaders, Chief Executive Officer of Fermator Group – Mr. Eduard Gomis and CEO of Euroformat plant – Mr. Igor Tkachenko, was more than productive. The last formalities were settled down before the launch of the door production line at the Euroformat plant under the license of Fermator.

Eduard Gomis respond very positively about this contract and commented on the prospects for further cooperation between the companies: “We are pleased to have convinced Mr. Tkachenko to use Fermator operators in the production of Euroformat doors. Previously we agreed a few months ago, during a meeting at the Interlift exhibition in Germany. Then, we saw the potential for both companies in the mid-long term.

The elevator market in the post-Soviet countries has a great potential, especially, in the direction of replacement of elevator equipment. Thanks to Euroformat, it`s the opportunity for us to be a player on this market. We cooperate with the leader of the Ukrainian elevator industry, and this is the “win-win” partnership.

Now the first jointly produced by Euroformat and Fermator doors are tested. After debugging the release process, the product will be launched into mass production. It is planned, that starting from June 1, 2018, the first large consignment of the doors in a new construction will be ready for shipment.
